When you (the customer) submit an order to Imageprintandframe.com you will be entering into a contract between yourself and Tolworth Photographic Ltd owner of this site. It is therefore important that you take time to read the following.

General

Prices quoted are including vat.

We (Tolworth Photographic Ltd) reserve the right to re-quote on any order but particularly when additional or extra work has been requested. In any case we would contact you with our revised price and obtain your consent.

It is important that you carefully select the service and size you require and clearly convey any special instructions.

N.B. Sometimes the print size ordered may be different in ratio to your image. If no border is left this would result in cropping i.e. loss of some image area. We cannot be responsible if cropping occurs but if we recognise it as a problem we would contact you.

Similarly we cannot be responsible for difference in colour balance.

Colour management is a major area and unless you have taken care to calibrate your monitor and printer the colours you see are not necessarily the same as we might produce.

Delivery

Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail with insurance. We take great care in packaging and will not be responsible for damage in transit.

N.B When receiving your delivery, carefully inspect the package and if there is even the slightest sign of damage please sign accordingly.

Content

We reserve the right to reject any order received by us without any explanation. This may be particularly relevant to orders which we believe contain material which may generally be regarded as being indecent.

Disclaimer

Tolworth Photographic Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for Copyright infringment. Customers are requested to seek Copyright permission for any work which requires such permission before it is submitted to us.

Guarantee

We take great pride in our work however from time to time errors may occur and should you experience any problem please contact us directly and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue speedily and to your satisfaction.

Consequential Loss

Tolworth Photographic Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for loss incurred by you for whatever reason as a subsequence of placing your order with us.

Materials

The materials we use are as described. However from time to time it may be necessary for whatever reason to use an alternative product of similar specification.

Privacy policy

Information collected from you on this site is only used by Tolworth Photographic and their agents in order to provide our services to you as described on this web site. We do not send the information we collect about you to any third party unless necessary to provide these services.
